Refund policy

US Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with seals, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the order number.

Please include your Order Number in the package. 

International Return Policy

Due to customs regulations, returns from international orders cannot be accepted. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. For certain products, replacements are not guaranteed. For items damaged in shipping, please send photos of the damage, exterior shipping box, and shipping label to store@mcfarlane.com.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like apparel, opened blind boxes, factory sealed cases, digital items, EQL or third-party purchases, and crowdfunding items. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled up until the order is processed for shipping. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact customer support via email at store@mcfarlane.com. We will submit a cancellation request. A request can take 2-5 business days to process and is not guaranteed, especially during high volume times.  We are not responsible for return shipping costs for orders that can't be cancelled in time. If the original payment source is no longer valid, a store credit may be issued.  Cash or check refunds are not available. Customer refused or undeliverable packages are subject to additional carrier fees that will be deducted from the order refund. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
